Les Inities Hotel - Rouen

The meals at the bistro were like a French culinary romance-each bite of their fresh baguette was pure heaven! I loved the view from my Superior Double Room overlooking the Justice Palace-it made my mornings magical. The place was tidy, and I appreciated the clear check-in instructions, especially on a quiet Sunday.

The location is favourable and amazing, right in the heart of town. And it's nestled in a nice building just next door to a quiet pedestrian street and the main attractions of Rouen.

really helpful staff, good prices, the location is excellent so close to town center and the joan of arc site, the centre of the old historical part of rouen and the cathedral on one end and the joan of arc cathedral/executionsite on the other. overall good food, plus there is le diapason close by.

As we remember, there was no breakfast.

The wifi was completely unreliable . It made communication difficult, and I felt disconnected from the outside world. The steep and narrow staircase was a challenge, especially with my luggage. It seems the staff wasn't attentive, as I received little assistance with these issues.

Great meals with hot drinks. Marvellous and fantastic location close to everything we wanted to see, and 5 minute walk from Palais de Justice.

This is a hotel go-to for Rouen! Unique and comfy property that has kind staff on check-out. The room is clean and fashionable with coffee and tea, as for instance. The price is just right - US$ 80. It boasts awesome, fab location not far from King's Palace, the centre of old Rouen, and a pedestrian area which makes dropping cases off.

The hotel offers a superb view of the law courts from the top floor, fine.

The stairs leading to the top floor are quite narrow and steep, making it challenging to carry luggage up.

Consider dropping off your bags before climbing the steep staircase. The views from the top floor are worth the effort!

The wifi was horrendous, which left me feeling very disconnected. Plus, the staircase to my room was a death trap, steep and narrow. I almost thought about leaving a good review for the charming location, but honestly, i expected a cute gesture for my troubles and just couldn't!

We enjoyed our stay with our two girls at this quirky hotel, particularly the very nice view over the law courts. The room was cozy, and the area is perfect for exploring Rouen's charming streets. The breakfast was a good start to our days.

My wife says that a more family-friendly setup would be great.

I had a great time during my stay! The food was excellent and really good value, lunch was a highlight! The rooms were a bit cramped, but the charming view made up for it. I'd definitely choose this place again.

Les inities has a lovely location right in the heart of everything. The view of the courthouse from my room was amazing. The super nice team-they even kept my backpack behind the bar before check-in. I also loved how clean and comfy my room was, with almost no street noise at all.
